As a Fit Out Coordinator (Tenant Design), you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of coordinating decorative elements within the shopping mall, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal and atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in coordinating decorative elements within a commercial space, showcasing a track record of successful collaborations with tenants.
- Present a portfolio highlighting your ability to integrate tenant designs seamlessly into a shopping mall environment, showcasing a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Exhibit knowledge of decorative products and materials suitable for commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Showcase proficiency in conceptual design thinking and the ability to adapt designs to align with changing tenant needs and evolving mall aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of coordinating tenant decorative elements from concept development through installation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Adjust decorative plans to align with management and tenant needs, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with tenants to understand their branding and design preferences, ensuring the seamless integration of their concepts into the shopping mall environment.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to facilitate the production and installation of decorative elements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to liaise between tenants, management, and contractors to achieve cohesive and visually appealing shopping mall aesthetics.
